Shipping policy

Local Pickup:

I ship all of my items from Vancouver Island. Local pick up can be arranged in Nanaimo or Victoria* for anyone who would like to save the shipping fee. Contact me for a discount code to remove shipping and arrange local pickup.

*Deliveries to Victoria happen once every few months.   

Canadian Shipping: 

For Canadian addresses, I use standard untracked shipping and flat rates that are based on the size of the item being shipped. (If you would like faster shipping, or to add tracking, please contact me for additional shipping options.) 

US Shipping:

For US addresses, I use standard untracked shipping and flat rates that are based on the size of the item being shipped. (If you would like faster shipping, or to add tracking, please contact me for additional shipping options.)  

International Shipping: 

I am happy to ship anywhere. My smallest items have an international shipping option (standard untracked shipping), but for larger items, I will need to get a custom quote. Please contact me with your address and we can get your order started.
